Right from the minute we walked in the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous professional care and service for an urgent eye assessment. Not my regular store. They were busy and I had been turned down at 2 other optometrists. Issue confirmed with 2nd optometrist on site. All staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier.

An emergency with my broken prescription sunglasses - walked in and the staff were able to provide a solution for my broken sunglasses and assist me on the spot with an appointment to organise new sunglasses. Exceptional customer service and wonderful ,friendly staff. Highly recommend

Went to the store in late December explained that my wife and I live in Alice Springs and would like an eye consultation and check up. Appointment was made in mid January with assurances that the glasses would be ready if needed before our departure on the 20th of January back to Alice Springs. Just received my two different pairs without any notes of which is the reading ones and which are the every day wearing ones om the 31/01/24 mailed to me in Alice Springs. Both dont allow me to see distances and read signs. My long distance eye sight is better without either pair. What a waste of in excess of $700. Disgraceful, Please refund my money spent.
